CANCELLATIONS

I have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy in place. To secure your appointment, I do require a valid credit card number. If you need to cancel within less than 24 hours or if you miss your appointment, you will be responsible for covering 50% of the scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVALS

I kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. To ensure the best service for all my clients, I reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes or more delayed. In such cases, you may also be asked to prepay for future services and compensate for the missed appointment.

REDO

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please don't hesitate to reach out to me immediately. I'm here to make things right. Minor adjustments can be accommodated if reported within one week of your initial appointment. It's worth noting that certain hair goals may require multiple sessions, and additional services to achieve those goals will be billed accordingly, as they are not considered redo services.

REFUNDS

I do not offer refunds for completed hair services. However, I am fully dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction, and I will do my best to address any concerns you may have.

CHANGES TO POLICIES

I reserve the right to make changes to the policies governing my products, services, and website (colorbyalohi.com) at my discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to my valued clients.
